Charlise is one of those people who has had multiple careers in a variety of industries. She has owned a construction company (and was a licensed general contractor) and has worked for many organizations including American Express, National Electronics Warranty Co, and the Department of Health and Human Services. She has experience with sales, process design & improvement, employee management, customer service systems, marketing & strategic growth, and many other business aspects.

She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Information Technology specializing in Database Design and Administration and a Master’s of Arts in Transpersonal Psychology. She is a certified hypnotherapist and a Reiki Master Teacher.

Charlise loves to help people be successful in the way that they choose success. She starts by asking each client to define the improvement they want to achieve. Once the goal is defined, Charlise partners with the client to map out a plan of action that includes both practical business solutions and professional development. The result is solid business systems that are practical and aligned with leadership skills that make implementation easy and manageable.

On a personal note, Charlise is single. She is originally from Los Angeles but has made Northeast Mississippi her home for the past fifteen years. She loves to cook, read, learn, and has a passion for ballroom dancing.
