Book Recommendation

There have been situations I walked away from wishing it had gone better and recognizing that somehow, I didn’t communicate effectively. This is an area where I’m always striving to improve. There is something magical about being able to convey your thoughts or ideas so clearly that the person you are with is able to sync up with you. 

There is a tiny little book that condenses that magic into, as the title says, Exactly What to Say: Your Personal Guide to the Mastery of Magic Words. You’ll be able to read the entire book in a very short amount of time and it is well organized so you can easily flip to the section related to your next conversation for a refresher. A great tool to add to your reference material. 

With consistent use, you’ll find little phrases seeping into your everyday conversations that instantly help you connect with others.
